In conjunction with the release of the 2023 Talent Pipeline Report, the CWDC has updated the Colorado Talent Dashboard with the latest data to provide an interactive tool for analyzing and understanding the demand for and supply of talent in the state.

The Vital Careers Training SLFRF Grant is now live. Applications are due by Jan. 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

The CWDC is pleased to release the 10th annual Talent Pipeline Report, which analyzes issues related to the supply and demand of talent in Colorado.

The CWDC is proud to announce that we have received an inaugural grant from SkillsFWD, a new initiative seeking to build a more equitable skills-based hiring ecosystem leveraging learning and employment records (LERs).

The Strong Sectors, Good Jobs Grant will support the expansion and effectiveness of Colorado’s sector partnership network to better meet talent needs and other industry-identified priorities in the state.

The 2023 Talent Pipeline Report, which examines the current issues impacting talent in all parts of Colorado, will be published on Dec. 15. Register for the virtual launch event.

Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), the State of Colorado is providing an opportunity for public comment on, and input into the 2024-2027 WIOA Combined State Plan.

The CWDC is offering six technical assistance (TA) modules to provide training and support to our talent development network partners.

The Colorado Workforce Development Council invites you to attend one of our Town Hall Meetings on November 8, 14 or 29, 2023, to discuss Colorado’s updated 2024-2027 Combined State Plan for implementing the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA). 

In recognition of the value of non-degree pathways to the workforce, the CWDC and partners released the Quality and In-demand Non-degree Credentials framework.
