Over 100 Colorado high school students as well as incumbent construction workers are enrolled in a free pre-apprenticeship certification training (PACT) offered by the Construction Education Foundation of Colorado (CEF).

The CWDC is excited to join in the nationwide celebration of Workforce Development Month this September in recognition of the tireless efforts of all our workforce partners.

Join the CWDC and partners, including the Colorado Hospital Association, on Oct. 26, 2023 for a hybrid summit to strengthen coordination and address workforce shortages across Colorado’s healthcare industry.

Ten members have been appointed or reappointed to serve on the BEL Commission.

The CWDC is providing financial incentives of up to $50,000 for small businesses to expand administrative support for launching new or expanding existing Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs). 

The CWDC is providing grants from $30,000 and up to $300,000 in funding to 501(c)3 organizations to expand or launch training programs for workforce development. Apply by August 25, 2023.

The CWDC is seeking a vendor to coordinate implementation of the Business Experiential Learning (BEL) Commission strategic plan. Documented quotes are due Aug. 25, 2023.

The upcoming SYC Quarterly Meeting will be held in person on August 28th from 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
