Today the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment (CDLE) announced eight new appointments and three reappointments to the Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC).

For employers, education and training providers, and community organizations facing workforce training issues.

In conjunction with the release of the 2023 Talent Pipeline Report, the CWDC has updated the Colorado Talent Dashboard with the latest data to provide an interactive tool for analyzing and understanding the demand for and supply of talent in the state.

The Vital Careers Training SLFRF Grant is now live. Applications are due by Jan. 31, 2024, at 11:59 p.m.

The CWDC is pleased to release the 10th annual Talent Pipeline Report, which analyzes issues related to the supply and demand of talent in Colorado.

The CWDC is proud to announce that we have received an inaugural grant from SkillsFWD, a new initiative seeking to build a more equitable skills-based hiring ecosystem leveraging learning and employment records (LERs).

The Strong Sectors, Good Jobs Grant will support the expansion and effectiveness of Colorado’s sector partnership network to better meet talent needs and other industry-identified priorities in the state.
