Deborah learned about a program through the Denver Housing Authority that could help her not only meet her needs, but connect her to resources and tools that would help her land on her feet.

The CWDC, in partnership with the Colorado Department of Higher Education (CDHE) and Colorado Succeeds, invites employers to provide public comment on the Quality and In-Demand, Non-Degree Credentials definition and evaluation rubric.

Colorado West Land Trust entered the Good Jobs Pilot in the fall of 2022 with the hopes of improving their recruitment and retention and assessing their competitiveness against other nonprofits and for-profit businesses.

More than 500 bills passed by the end of the 2023 legislative session in May. The CWDC tracked more than 70 of those bills. The Governor had until June 7 to sign or veto the remaining bills that passed at the end of the session.

The CWDC will be providing grants from $30,000 and up to $300,000 in funding to 501(c)3 organizations to expand or launch training programs for workforce development.
