Workforce Centers provide a variety of free services to assist businesses, jobseekers, and people in the workforce. Some of these services include:

  • Job listings
  • Computer and internet access
  • Career counseling and training for job seekers
  • Recruitment of workers, pre-screening, and referral services
  • Tax credits and training reimbursement for employers
  • Self-service or staff-assisted options to meet employment needs

One exciting service provided by the 13 comprehensive workforce centers in Colorado is access to Career Counselors who connect workers and jobseekers with local employment, training, educational opportunities, available funding, and even interviewing skills and resume improvement. 

Employers can also benefit from meeting with  Business Services Representatives who can connect them to funding and training opportunities as well as assisting with recruiting, hiring, and keeping the skilled talent they need to grow. 

It is especially important to remember, workforce centers in Colorado are here to help all Coloradoans no matter where they fall in the workforce spectrum.
