The ETPL is fully integrated into the My Colorado Journey (MCJ) platform through its Program Finder tool. These listings are regularly updated to ensure you have access to the most current information about training programs across Colorado.

Looking Ahead: A New and Improved ETPL is Coming in 2026

The CWDC is excited to announce it has selected Career TEAM as its vendor to build the state's new, dedicated Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) platform.

This new platform will display all programs approved for funding with Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) dollars and will streamline the application process for education and training providers to be included on the list.

The updated system, launching in 2026, will enhance the experience for everyone:

  • Job Seekers: Providing more timely and detailed information about training opportunities.
  • Training Providers: Streamlining and simplifying the application process for inclusion on the list.
  • Workforce Center Staff: Offering easier access to information to better support and advise job seekers.
