The Lives Empowered Impact Report provides an overview of the Lives Empowered initiative, the initiative’s effectiveness in upskilling frontline workers, and successes and opportunities for improvement identified throughout the evaluation process.
In early 2022, the CWDC and partners launched empowermentscore.org to measure indicators of economic mobility for Colorado’s frontline workforce. The Empowerment Score aims to measure individual, community, and economic characteristics that lead to greater employment stability and increased wages for Colorado workers.
The CWDC and The Graduate! Network are leading efforts to administer the Bridging the Talent Gap (BTTG) Employee Survey to help increase the utilization of employer-provided education benefits among Colorado workers.
The CWDC has welcomed six new staff members and has promoted two others; these CWDC team members will help strengthen the team overall and enhance work.
