The CWDC is hosting six weekly training sessions to help business services staff better understand job quality and its benefits to employers, as well as learn how to help businesses improve job quality features.

Has your job or education been disrupted by the pandemic? Through the Colorado Recovery Plan, funding is available to support individuals in getting the training, work experience, and support services needed for in-demand jobs and careers.

The CWDC and partners released the 2021 Talent Pipeline Report, which analyzes and explains relevant labor market information, highlights pandemic data and recovery strategies, and provides data-informed recommendations to enhance the talent pipeline in Colorado.
