The CWDC is excited to announce the October release of the Talent Development Playbook: Partnering for Success.

On Oct. 8, 90 partners from across the state representing rural workforce development and K-12 education came together to explore strengthening partnerships for the TalentFOUND Network Conversation.

The CWDC is excited to welcome Susan Blansett to the team. Susan is shared with the Colorado Rural Workforce Consortium (CRWC) and will serve in a nine month position as the energy and industry consultant.

The CWDC is pleased to announce the updated Work-based Learning Funding Matrix, which is designed to help our talent development network partners in exploring public funding streams available to support work-based learning programs in the state. 

The CWDC is excited to announce the launch of the Winter/Spring 2021 Technical Assistance Modules. These modules have been created in an effort to streamline technical assistance offered through the CWDC to our talent development network partners.

The CWDC is pleased to announce the publication of the 2020 Colorado Talent Equity Agenda. The agenda makes the case for targeting resources, raising awareness, and accelerating shared strategies to close racial economic disparities in the state and measure the results.

The final week of Workforce Development Month in Colorado is focused on the industries especially impacted by the pandemic, including retail, hospitality, tourism, and food and beverage services. Learn more about free resources to upskill, reskill, and redeploy displaced workers.

The third week of Workforce Development Month in Colorado is focused on apprenticeships and their value to Colorado students, workers, and employers.

The CWDC has announced a new round of Bridge & Growth grant funds totaling $326,000. Active sector partnerships in Colorado are eligible to apply for this grant.
