Learn More about the CWDC

Supporting efforts to enhance transparency, the Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC) is sharing a data analysis of Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL) programs' wage outcomes. The ETPL is a federally required list that details which programs receive public Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funding.
Becca found a new purpose after an unexpected layoff led her to the stimulus-funded Career Coaching Collaborative. Starting as a client, she quickly became a virtual career coach, using her personal experience to guide others facing similar challenges. Now, she emphasizes empathy and active listening, helping Coloradans navigate career transitions.
The CWDC is committed to supporting quality training programs that lead to improved wage and employment outcomes for individuals. To advance this commitment and provide transparency, we are hosting two upcoming webinars in the coming months to advance transparency in relation to data related to the Eligible Training Providers List (ETPL).
