Sigourney Williams serves as the administrative assistant for the operations team at the Colorado Workforce Development Council. In this role, she supports the day-to-day logistics that keep CWDC running smoothly, managing scheduling, coordinating team operations, and providing behind-the-scenes support to ensure projects stay on track. She is passionate about creating organized, thoughtful systems that help her team focus on what matters most: serving Coloradans. Sigourney brings a background in public service and organizational support, with a strong emphasis on systems management, through communication, and collaboration. She takes pride in cultivating a work environment that is both efficient and people-centered. When she’s not supporting CWDC’s mission, you can find Sigourney exploring Denver’s neighborhoods, curating playlists for silent discos, or decoding her way out of an escape room.
