
Danica is the industry consultant for the Colorado Workforce Development Council. In her role, she leads efforts to strengthen industry partnerships and ensure that employer perspectives remain central to workforce development across Colorado. She provides technical assistance to regional sector partnerships and supports the development of industry-informed career pathways and work-based learning opportunities that respond to statewide talent needs.
Before joining CWDC, Danica worked across workforce development, economic mobility, and community partnerships, designing and implementing programs that connected underrepresented job seekers to quality employment and long-term career pathways. She is passionate about building systems that reflect the strengths and needs of both workers and employers, and brings a practical, equity-driven approach to aligning industry, training, and education to expand opportunity across Colorado.
Danica holds a bachelor’s degree from Biola University in intercultural studies and a master’s degree from Sussex University in Migration.
