Communities of Practice

Communities of practice are groups convened by the CWDC who have common interest or participation in a specific area within the talent development network. The groups collaborate regularly to share information, improve skills, and promote advancement and adoption of best practices within their area of interest. Currently the CWDC convenes the Talent Equity Community of Practice, Sector Partnership Community of Practice, and the Work-based Learning Lab. View communities of practice.

Glossary

In order to operate from a common understanding of key terms the CWDC maintains a glossary of key terms related to talent development. These definitions are approved by the Governor's Workforce and Education Cabinet members. View the glossary.

Talent Pipeline Report

Each year the CWDC releases the annual Talent Pipeline Report, which identifies areas of growing demand and opportunity, key features of the current labor force, and strategies to balance the supply and demand equation for talent. It also highlights the Top Jobs in Colorado -- jobs with high annual openings, above average growth, and a good wage. View the Talent Pipeline Report
