Susan serves as a consultant for digital tools at CWDC, with a focus on the successful implementation of the My Colorado Journey platform. Susan works with a variety of stakeholders to advance the development of My Colorado Journey in support of talent development, identification of career pathways, and expanded connections among employers, job seekers, and students. Susan previously worked in public education at the district and state levels in roles related to communications and information technology. She enjoys diving into data to discover how digital tools can strengthen personal connections and lead to opportunities for Coloradans within all walks of life. When she’s not working, you might find Susan listening to music, learning guitar, reading and writing, or exploring the outdoors with her hiking buddy, Belle the yellow lab.
