In the project coordinator role, Ross administers and manages project funds and budgets for the Stimulus Team. Additionally, he guides staff members and sub-grantees in handling billing and budget-related issues. Before his time with the CWDC, Ross worked in the behavioral health field assisting providers and those seeking care to navigate insurance and billing-related matters.
