In the Quality Assurance and Compliance role, Jack is the primary staff point of contact for all compliance components of State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) received by the CWDC through HB21-1264.
Jack works with CWDC to ensure that all SLFRF federal and state requirements are followed in all aspects of fund administration, and provides support to sub-recipients if needed. Jack is also the primary contact with the Recovery Officers and the Office of the State Controller.
Jack comes from the manufacturing and brewing industry where he held positions such as Director Supply Chain, Product Quality and Innovation Sr Manager, as well as numerous Quality Assurance roles. He enjoys golf, the mountains, and brewing beer.
