On Nov. 13, the Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC) hosted a webinar Wage Outcomes for ETPL Providers. The purpose of this webinar was to share the newly reformatted data, provide an overview of the data itself, and provide context to the information as well.
The webinar started with a discussion of the purpose, context, and path forward for sharing these data. Presenters provided a brief overview of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) - what it is, what it requires, who it serves, the kind of certifications allowed, and variables that may impact the completion of a training program. Next, the presenters shared what data were included and what limitations are seen within the data set, followed by what the data do and do not indicate. In the second portion of the webinar, partners from Craft Education walked attendees through the newly released dashboard. The webinar closed with time for questions.
