September marks Workforce Development Month in Colorado, and it serves as a powerful reminder of the “why” behind the work we do. Governor Polis' proclamation celebrates the very things the Colorado Workforce Development Council and staff members champion every day: creating opportunities for career growth, building resilient communities, and ensuring businesses have the talent they need to thrive. We encourage you to explore CDLE’s Workforce Colorado website and reflect on the incredible impact of Colorado's public workforce system. And if you have not already connected with your local workforce center, you can find your local workforce center by searching this map by zip code or visually.

Discover the impact of workforce initiatives in Colorado communities throughout Workforce Development Month. Each week in September, our website and LinkedIn will feature resources and success stories. Learn how the CWDC and our partners are dedicated to supporting employers, workers, job seekers, and learners across Colorado.
