What

In the age of COVID-19 the need for scalable models for upskilling the frontline workforce and filling jobs with skilled workers is more important than ever.

In 2020, Reenvisioning Retail convened partners in discussions about equitable strategies for economic recovery and identified opportunities for upskilling, reskilling, and redeploying displaced workers that could be implemented to support the economic well-being of frontline workers in communities now and in the future. Look back at the 2020 event.

The conversations continue this April as we lean into listening to employees’ voices, discover what opportunities exist to advance workers, and explore how Colorado’s most heavily impacted industries -- retail, tourism, hospitality, and food and beverage -- and partners in education and workforce can continue forward with shared solutions.
