Dec. 29, 2021 - The CWDC, in collaboration with the Colorado Department of Higher Education and other state partners, has launched an updated version of the Colorado Talent Dashboard website at ColoradoTalentDashboard.com. The website shares talent development-related data to help policy makers, program developers, and talent development organizations make informed decisions about building education, training, and workforce policies and programs. Explore the Colorado Talent Dashboard.

The original Colorado Talent Dashboard website was published by the CWDC and partners in 2018. The new and improved version of the site enhances the user experience, expands the use of data visualization, and establishes the site as the online presence for the data from the annual Talent Pipeline Report.

The Colorado Talent Dashboard features:

  • Workforce Demand Data: Explore job trends, top jobs, critical industries, and in-demand skills and qualifications to better understand employer demand and industry needs across the state.

  • Workforce Supply Data: Explore data surrounding education attainment, employment rates, and demographic trends to better understand Colorado’s current workforce and disparities in unemployment and attainment rates.

  • Network Impact Data: See the impact and outcomes of existing services and programs offered by partners in Colorado’s talent development network and how they are helping Coloradans.

  • Additional Resources: Access additional resources from across Colorado’s talent development network to explore more data and information about the state of talent in Colorado.

The Colorado Workforce Development Council developed the Colorado Talent Dashboard in partnership with the Colorado Department of Higher Education and with support from the Colorado Department of Labor & Employment - Office of Labor Market Information, Colorado Department of Local Affairs - State Demography Office, Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade, and the Colorado Department of Education.
