During this Workforce Development Month, the CWDC is celebrating partners of Colorado’s public workforce system. As part of this, we are highlighting some of the individuals who serve as Council members and their insights on talent development and Colorado’s public workforce system. The Council is composed of leaders representing business to education, nonprofit to government. These conversations explore how Colorado is collaborating to better meet the needs of workers, learners, and employers and enhance a skills-based talent development ecosystem across the state.

Thank you to all of the Council members for their contributions to supporting talent development in Colorado. These conversations highlighted how leaders from across sectors are shaping a more inclusive, responsive, and skills-based talent development ecosystem in Colorado.
