On June 14, 2025, the second annual Air N Space-A-Paloosa, held at the Wings Over The Rockies Exploration of Flight, showcased Colorado's thriving aerospace career pathways.

CWDC Senior Consultant Thomas Hartman, P.h.D, presented Colorado’s Career Pathways in Aerospace and a deep dive into the state's innovative aerospace industry. Over 1,300 job seekers, students and their families, enjoyed hands-on STEM activities, flight simulators, interactive exhibits, and drone soccer tournaments.

My Colorado Journey, the state's free platform for career and educational exploration, was also on hand as a booth vendor, providing live demonstrations of its "Careers in Colorado" and "Program Finder" tools.

This impactful event is a collaborative effort by Arapahoe/Douglas Works!, Aerospace Colorado Sector Partnerships, the Colorado Space Business Roundtable, the City of Centennial, and the South Metro Denver Chamber.

The inaugural Air-N-Space-A-Paloosa in 2024, supported by funding from CWDC's Strong Sectors, Good Jobs grant, saw 25 exhibitors and nearly 730 attendees. This grant helped expand and strengthen Colorado's sector partnership network, ensuring better alignment with talent needs and industry priorities across the state. The success of the 2024 event also led to industry partners securing sponsorships for this year's event.
