- Small Business Apprenticeship Support Grant Reposted, New Application Deadline September 29. Upon learning that several interested organizations were encountering technical difficulties when trying to submit their applications, we have reposted the grant opportunity for an additional two weeks under a new solicitation number, RFA (RFP) KADA #2024000070. Any organization that was unable to successfully submit an application will now have the opportunity to do so. If your organization successfully submitted an application in the CWDC Community Grants Portal, you are asked to resubmit the application through BidNet Direct.This capacity-building grant opportunity is for businesses to launch or expand a registered apprenticeship program has been reposted. Grantees can apply for up to $50,000 in funding and may also qualify for additional reimbursements upon meeting certain performance goals such as hiring apprentices from a(n) historically underrepresented population.
