August 18, 2021 - Virtual Job Shadow -- a national career awareness platform that is free to Coloradans -- is coming to Colorado to film career shadowing videos. The CWDC and Colorado Department of Labor & Employment are looking for companies interested in highlighting jobs and professions through professionally filmed and edited job shadowing videos.

Complete the interest form by Aug. 27.

The Virtual Job Shadow platform has over 2 million active users in 50 states. This is a great opportunity for your business to raise awareness of workforce gaps, recruit future employees, and educate job and career seekers. Filming is divided into two parts and usually takes about 2.5 total hours of participants' time.

All Colorado companies are encouraged to participate to highlight a range of occupations. We are especially interested in highlighting the occupations in the table below as they are positions that align with recent CDLE grant funding as well as current talent shortages in the state.
