Oct. 26, 2021 - The CWDC has welcomed three new employees to the team since this summer. We are excited to be joined by Germaine Kitterman, Daisy Gutierrez, and Kwizi Ndogole, and to expand our team with additional new positions in the coming months.

Below is more about Germaine, Daisy, and Kwizi in their own words.

Germaine Kitterman - Project Coordinator

I am a project coordinator with the CWDC and my main responsibilities are to support both the operations and projects teams with a focus on project planning, coordination, implementation, and tracking. Before joining the CWDC, I worked for 13 years with the Colorado Department of Public Safety as both a project coordinator and primary staff liaison for the Colorado Commission on Criminal and Juvenile Justice. I hold a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Colorado and am passionate about both public service and the state of Colorado. Outside of work I enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and traveling with family and friends.

Daisy Gutierrez - Marketing Coordinator Apprentice

I am an apprentice marketing coordinator with the CWDC. My main responsibilities will be to support the communications team and the operations team. Through my three-year apprenticeship program I hope to improve my understanding of business and marketing and learn new skills to apply in future jobs. Outside of my apprenticeship I am a junior at Abraham Lincoln High School. In the future, I hope to pursue a bachelor’s degree in either business or marketing. In my free time I enjoy traveling, watching TV shows, and spending time with family and friends.

Kwizi Ndogole - Project Coordinator Apprentice

I am an apprentice project coordinator with the CWDC. My main responsibility will be to support the project management team. Through my three-year apprenticeship program, I hope to improve my understanding of project management to apply to future jobs. I also hope to contribute my skills and knowledge to my community. Outside of apprenticing, I am a senior at South High School. In my free time, I enjoy improving my language skills, listening to music, and exploring new skills.

Welcome to the CWDC Germaine, Daisy, and Kwizi!
