April 1, 2020 - The Colorado Workforce Development Council (CWDC) is pleased to announce the appointment of the below individuals to the State Youth Council (SYC). The slate of appointees includes 12 young leaders under the age of 26, state agency members, and representatives from Colorado non-profits and other community based organizations.
The appointees will serve two-year terms as voting members of the SYC and will work to promote and advise the CWDC on efforts to create multiple pathways to economic and career success for Colorado’s youth. The appointments are part of an effort to re-energize the SYC and ensure that youth and professionals working with young people in Colorado are positioned to lead decisions impacting this important population within Colorado’s workforce.
