The Career Development Incentive Program (CDIP) provides financial incentives for school districts and charter schools that help high school students (grades 9-12) complete qualified industry credential programs and other career development activities.
Your feedback is critical to ensuring that the CDIP list is made up of credentials that align with employer demand and that help students to launch careers in high-demand occupations leading to living wage jobs. Your feedback will be used to update the 2024-2025 CDIP list which will be published in the Talent Pipeline Report in December.
