A two-day skill- and capacity-building event for talent development leaders. To impact and change longstanding institutions and systems in which racial inequities reside, leaders need to be armed with the skills and competencies to be more race-explicit, systemic in addressing disparities, and multiculturally competent. This module is designed to support workforce development board members, leaders of workforce organizations, and members of the TalentFOUND network in taking the next step in addressing racial inequity. Content will include skill development in having courageous conversations, using data to drive actions, and changing the narrative for racial equity in your work.
April 6-7, 2022 (8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. both days)
Interested individuals should apply through the CWDC technical assistance portal by March 25. If you have questions about the technical assistance module or application process, please contact Tony Smith at email@example.com.
