Job Quality Training for Business Services Professionals

Dec. 30, 2021 - The CWDC is hosting six weekly training sessions to help business services staff better understand job quality and its benefits to employers, as well as learn how to help businesses improve job quality features to attract and retain workers and increase employee satisfaction. The weekly sessions will take place on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. from Jan. 5 through Feb. 9

Business recovery, hiring, and retention are common pain points for employers in all industries throughout the state. As businesses visit your workforce center, be prepared to help them address these issues with job quality solutions. Quality jobs have been shown to better attract talented workers, reduce turnover costs, and increase employee engagement and productivity while improving a company's operations and profitability.

What: Six interactive webinars on job quality that will each last 1 hour. Webinars will be recorded and activities outlined for later viewing. 

When: Weekly on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. from Jan. 5 through Feb. 9

  • Talking to businesses about how job quality impacts workers
