April 12, 2024 - After reviewing previous Talent Pipeline Reports and considering requirements, data release timing, and audiences, the decision was made to update how Talent Pipeline Reports are published. We are excited to share the first Spring Edition 2024 focused on education and training.
As with previous years, the in-depth annual Talent Pipeline Report will be published in December and include everything required by Colorado statute. In addition, between full reports, editions will examine topics based on state and federal data release timing, new forecasts, and other recently available data. This will allow for more timely information sharing and a deeper dive into certain topics.
