In these challenging and uncertain economic times, refining your approach to attracting, hiring, developing, and retaining highly talented employees is an investment in the ongoing strength and competitiveness of your business. To help businesses identify and implement the talent development strategies that best meet their needs, the Colorado Workforce Development Council is releasing the Talent Development Playbook. This resource provides:

- The business benefits of each strategy
- Tips for how to get started with each strategy
- Case studies on how Colorado employers are putting the strategy into practice
With new strategies to be featured monthly through the end of the year, these approaches were selected because they are effective no matter the economic conditions.
