Feb. 15, 2022 - In spring of 2021, the CWDC and partners in the TalentFOUND network led efforts to administer the Bridging the Talent Gap (BTTG) employer survey. More than 500 Colorado employers completed the survey to provide their insights about the hiring environment, skills gaps, and current resources available for retraining and upskilling in Colorado. The Colorado Bridging the Talent Gap dashboard, created in partnership with the Graduate! Network, reflects the full results of the employer survey.
Last month, the Graduate! Network published a case study on Colorado’s BTTG campaign. The case study details the project process and lessons learned from the Colorado campaign to help other communities better understand and implement the Bridging the Talent Gap survey in their communities.
